After the troubles concerning his secretary chief, Ichiro Ozawa announced Tuesday that he will not resign as head
of the Democratic Party, the largest opposition force.
Ozawa's chief secretary , Takianori Okubo, was acccused of violating the Political Funds Control Law. He accepted ¥21 million in illicit donations from Construction Co.Corporation, which violates the law about contrubution to individual poluiticians.
