Un roman policier bien réel 

Une tête humaine a été retrouvée dans la valise d’un jeune touriste Américain.

Ce suspect a découpé la jeune femme dans un appartement de location à Osaka,

et s’est déplacé en train dans tout l’ouest du Japon pour y dissimuler les membres de la victime.

La police japonaise tente à présent de reconstituer la chronologie de ce fait divers bien réel qui semble tout droit sortie d’un roman policier de Natsuo Kirino ou de Seicho Matsumoto.

Tout débute le 15 février, 

lorsqu’une jeune Japonaise de 27 ans quitte son travail et se rendit à Osaka pour y rejoindre un Jeune Américain nommé "Jay".

Cet homme qu’elle a rencontré via une application de rencontres pour smartphone,

est soupçonné d’avoir séquestré la jeune femme.

Deux jours plus tard, la mère de la victime, prévient la police de sa disparition.

Le 22, un homme est interpellé, identifié dans les médias japonais comme Yevgeniy Vasilievich Bayraktar.

Niant d’abord avoir séquestré la jeune femme, le suspect finit par avouer s’être débarrassé de son corps.

Le 25 février, il conduit les policiers dans différents endroits montagneux distants de plusieurs dizaines de kilomètres,

où les enquêteurs retrouvèrent les restes du corps après 6 heures de fouilles.

L’analyse ADN a confirmé que les morceaux de corps retrouvés étaient bien ceux de la jeune femme.

Police novel that becomes real

A human head was found in the suitcase of a young American tourist.

This suspect dismembered the young woman in a rented apartment in Osaka,

and traveled by train all over western Japan to hide the victim's limbs.

The Japanese police are now trying to reconstruct the chronology of this very real incident, which seems straight out of a crime novel by Natsuo Kirino or Seicho Matsumoto.

It all starts on February 15th,

when a 27-year-old Japanese girl leaves work and goes to Osaka to join a young American named "Jay".

This man she met through a smartphone dating app,is suspected of having sequestered the young woman.

Two days later, the mother of the victim, warns the police of his disappearance.

On the 22nd, a man is arrested, identified in the Japanese media as Yevgeniy Vasilievich Bayraktar.

Initially denying having sequestered the young woman, the suspect finally admitted to getting rid of his body.

On February 25, he led policemen to various mountainous places several tens of kilometers away where the investigators found the remains of the body after 6 hours of excavations.

The DNA analysis confirmed that the body parts found were those of the young woman.
